There are two main differences:

• Psychotherapists are trained to help people who are facing mental illnesses.
• Generally speaking psychotherapy is more on healing from the past, while the focus in coaching is more on getting you to where you wish to be next. Keep in mind, however, that coaches can help you understand how the past contributes to your present, and psychotherapists can help you achieve your future goals.

It boils down to personal choice and where you are on your journey.

This program is not a replacement for therapy. It is a specifically targeted program for anyone seeking to unpack old habits, practice connecting with your core values, and ultimately live a life of Full Expression and authenticity.

We often recommend current therapy and coaching clients to participate in the program when it fits into where they are in their path of transformation.

The length of each session is determined by the type of work we will do together. The individual therapy and coaching sessions and Full Expression: The Human Condition One-on-One sessions are 60 minutes.

The sessions for couples and groups are 90 minutes.

$300 for 60 minutes (individual therapy) – Out of Network. For accepted insurance, please reach out to us.

$175 for 60 minutes (individual coaching) – Out of Network.

$450 for 90 minutes (couples therapy) – Out of Network. For accepted insurance, please reach out to us.

$225 for 90 minutes (couples coaching) – Out of Network. 

$250 for the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment + 1:1 Debrief session with personalized report.

$300 per person for Full Expression: The Human Condition Program – for individual sessions – Out of Network.

Group space is limited and the cost is $2000 per participant (out of network only). A $400 downpayment is required to secure your space. 

It depends on the service.

For therapy, yes, we accept some insurance providers. For coaching and group programs, No, it is considered an out-of-network service. 

You can cancel sessions up to 24 hours with no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full out-of-network fee (Therapy - $300 for individuals, $400 for couples. Coaching - $175 for individuals, $225 for couples) if we are unable to reschedule the session within the same calendar week.
